Data controller
Kontiki Negociaciones, S.A. de C.V. ("the Controller"), owner and developer of Parque Ensamble Logístico, with address at Herreros No. 161, Zona Industrial, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
What data is processed, and why
The site collects personal data in two ways. First, the contact form, where you provide your name, work email, phone (optional), the area you need, and an optional message; on submission, that information travels by email to the controller, together with the page of this site you first arrived at and a random visit identifier (described below) that lets us review how the site was used before the request was sent. Second, the channels the site links to: WhatsApp or phone. In both cases the primary purposes are answering your inquiry, quoting, scheduling visits, and commercial follow-up; as a secondary purpose, keeping the conversation history for your future requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties; it would only be disclosed to authorities where a legal obligation requires it.
Browser local storage
The site stores three keys in your browser's local storage: your language preference (Spanish or English); the first page of this site you visited, used only to know which content originated your request if you choose to submit the form; and a random visit identifier (a string such as v-3f9a1c) that neither contains nor derives from any personal data. That identifier is shared with Microsoft Clarity and travels with the form, solely so we can locate the recording of the session that originated a request; it is not linked to your name or email inside Clarity. None of the three keys is an advertising cookie. You can remove them by clearing your browser's site data.
Embedded third-party services
Property pages embed a Google Maps frame showing the arrival route. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The map loads lazily. WhatsApp buttons and Google Maps links open services operated by Meta and Google respectively; their processing of your data is governed by their own policies.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure aggregate visits and actions: page views, clicks to WhatsApp, phone, and navigation, and form submissions. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies and receives your IP address, which Google truncates under its policy. We use this data to learn which content and channels bring prospects; it is not used for personalized advertising nor linked to your identity. Measurement runs only on the kontiki-negociaciones.com domain and you can block it with your browser tools or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We use no advertising pixels.
The site also uses Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how the site is used through heatmaps and session recordings: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling, and pages visited. Clarity sets its own measurement cookies (_clck and _clsk) and receives your IP address. Text you type into the contact form is masked before recording, so your name, email, and message do not appear in recordings. The purpose is to improve the site and understand what information a prospect needed before contacting us; it is not used for advertising. Like Google Analytics, Clarity runs only on the kontiki-negociaciones.com domain and can be blocked with your browser tools. More at Microsoft's privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com).
Video surveillance at the park
If you visit Parque Ensamble Logístico in person, your image may be captured by the park's video surveillance system (16 cameras at accesses, truck court, parking, and perimeter), for the security of people, goods, and facilities, aligned with AEO and C-TPAT program requirements. Footage is retained for over 30 days in a restricted-access system and is released only to a competent authority upon lawful request. A visitor log is also kept at the gate with the details you provide there.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting the Controller by phone or WhatsApp at +52 444 429 6187. Requests are answered within 20 business days. If unsatisfied, you may turn to Mexico's data protection authority.
Security and changes to this notice
The Controller applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to the data it processes. This notice may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its update date.
